  • Guns have never been the problem---it is criminals using guns for illegal purposes. Instead of trying to control everything and everybody, simply add 10 or 20 extra years (no time off for good behavior) to the sentence of anyone convicted of a crime in which a gun was used. WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
